Thanks for shopping at Emerald Gate Studios If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Customers have 2 calendar days to initiate the exchange of an item(s) from the date the item(s) are received. Customers must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 calendar days of sending the item that an exchange is on its way to us. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs with the carrier of their choice. Clearance sales are final and cannot exchanged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please send item(s) to be exchanged to:

If an item is defective or our fulfillment team made a mistake, we will accept the item back for a refund. Defects do not include sizing or color as compared to product photography. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection is complete. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or send out the replacement item(s). If returned, you will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Items that are available for purchase on our website are in-stock, so you will generally receive your item within 5-7 business days after placing an order. International orders placed from outside of the US expect to receive your order between 10-15 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item.
