Giveaways Terms and Conditions

• You can enter the giveaway from the 1st of every month to the last day of the month on midnight Any entrants received after this date will be entered in the following month
• One first prize winner will receive a Personal Branding Photo Session worth $350.
• One second prize winner will receive $150 credit towards any personal branding/business headshot photo session with Emerald Gate Studios
• The winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram as well as receiving an email notification.
• Your photo session is approximately one hour and can be arranged at a location of your choice within 20 miles of Castro Valley.
• Personal branding photo sessions include a minimum of 20 digital images prepared for web, social and print. All images are fully licensed for business use in the US without time limitation. All digital images are supplied via a digital download.
• The prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only one entry per person and per household.
• The giveaway can’t be combined with other promotions or offers from Emerald Gate Studios
• All photo sessions session must be booked and used within 60 days (subject to availability).
• All entrants must complete the entry form and provide their full name, email address and postal address.
• If you’d like to hear about future offers, upcoming launches and our seasonal newsletter you can opt in to receive updates.
• You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time.
• All prizes will be chosen using a random number generator so all entrants have an equal chance of winning.
• The first and second prize winners will be contacted by email within five days of the closing date.
